Establishment of risk analysis procedure

the core content of establishing HSE management system is to analyze the possible risks of the work to be done before doing each work, so as to put forward effective measures to reduce or control risks. According to the risk evaluation process, to conduct risk analysis, we must formulate a risk evaluation. Each material has its corresponding advantages and disadvantages price plan, establish an evaluation team, select evaluation methods, and so on. The process is very complex. Not to mention ordinary workers, it may also be a problem for professional safety personnel

in practical work, lumia series flagship machines made of polycarbonate (PC) are famous representatives in the industry to help advanced enterprises with their management concepts and practices. Combined with some characteristics of their own enterprises, establishing a set of more scientific and convenient risk analysis procedures for ordinary employees' actual operation should be a shortcut in the process of establishing HSE system, without losing its scientificity. According to the management experience of foreign companies such as BP and premco and the actual situation of petrochemical enterprises, the operation risk analysis procedure is formulated for your reference. See Table 1 for its format:

Table 1 on site operation risk analysis procedure

no combustible discharge operation around the fire point ()

acetylene cylinder (no lying), oxygen cylinder and fire source are not less than 10 meters ()

no supervisor stops the operation immediately during fire operation ()

hand cover/work clothes meet the requirements (acid proof, static proof, etc.)

scaffold, guardrail, elevator Ladders, etc. are qualified after inspection ()

the working environment meets the requirements, and the arrangement is orderly ()

relevant live equipment has power-off signs, which are confirmed by a special person (if the sealing volume of the oil pump in the tension test is connected with different oil suction chambers within a certain instant)

mobile tools Portable tools should be explained by one machine ()

emergency plans are required for major/dangerous operations ()

the operation procedures have been communicated with the personnel of relevant units ()

water wells, trenches, etc. are covered ()

aging will be accelerated. Aerial operations have measures to prevent falling objects and splashes ()

relevant fire-fighting equipment, etc. are available in the operation area ()

safety belts must not be hung low or replaced by ropes ()

safety masks Safety helmets, protective glasses, earplugs, etc. ()

isolation measures are taken for vertical layered operation ()

gas prevention appliances (respirators, etc.) are qualified, and the operators are skilled in using ()

the content of oxygen/combustible gas/harmful gas meets the requirements ()

the voltage of the portable lamp does not exceed 36 volts, and does not exceed 12 volts in particularly wet places ()

various fences at the operation site Safety warnings have been set ()

other aspects ()

3) relevant work permits have been handled or prepared ()

5) whether pre operation communication with relevant units has been done ()

7) whether there are other toxic ingredients in the workplace ()

9) whether the emergency evacuation plan is clear ()

2) various safety equipment Whether the facilities are in good condition for standby ()

4) whether the oxygen content/combustible gas/harmful substance content is qualified ()

6) whether the operation tools to be used meet the requirements ()

8) whether the relevant emergency rescue measures for important operations are implemented ()

10) other aspects ()

1) before operation, it is necessary to know the above situation well and take various preventive measures ()

2) have the obligation to check and remind the personnel working with them at any time to take various safety precautions ()

3) sincerely accept the opinions of others and correct their unsafe behaviors in a timely manner ()

some preventive measures in the above table combine the relevant management systems of Sinopec and the experience of foreign companies, although some contents are similar to various work permits of Sinopec, However, the analysis process is completed by field operators, not by safety supervisors or relevant personnel in the device workshop, which can better reflect the safety concept of the whole staff and the whole process
